SALES MANAGER REMCO ROMANIA

Remco Romania is a division of the Remco Group of Companies with its headquarters in the Netherlands. The group has been operating on the market for nearly 40 years and is specialized in designing, building and delivering industrial halls based on an own innovative steel construction concept.

On a local level, we have been present since 1996 and we are proud of a client portfolio that includes a vast range of well known local and international clients such as Unilever, Mr. Bricolage, Arabesque, Saint Gobain, ACE Cluj (part of the Japanese group Fujimura), Centrum Transport, Aquila, Van Wijk Holding, and Montupet EOOD.  The track record of Remco Romania consists of nearly 100 projects with a consolidated surface of nearly 500.000 square meters. The  company is one of the leading players in the field and aims to extend its activities in the next years.

 To successfully manage and lead the further expansion of our sales in Romania, we are looking for a self-starter person of integrity with a strong business sense combined with a genuine interest in building lasting relationships internally as well as externally.

SALES MANAGER ROMANIA

Your Challenges:

 To further develop market demand

  • To initiate, organize and supervise business development activities, aiming to achieve a turnover and margin that is in line with the targets of the organization
  • To develop annual acquisition planning in close co-operation with general manager and technical manager
  • To go to client meetings, to do consulting, offering and closing
  • To manage client relationships; to retain the existing clients and contacts
  • To follow-up the clients contracts in order to expand the services range and to establish a long term profitable business relationship
  • To develop your product and market knowledge; to become - and to stay familiar with the product portfolio
  • To maintain the sales/project management history of individual portfolio/projects, up-dated at the present
  • To regularly offer a professional feed-back regarding market trends and competition's actions

 

Your qualification profile:

University degree; higher business education is a plus

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B, with Client Management, Project Management, Business Development Exposure, preferably in the construction industry
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of the specific market characteristics and trends
  • Results-oriented and strong sales drive with an interest in building lasting relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Consultative mindset to clients and (sub)contractors
  • Proactive and participative
  • Entrepreneurial, with self initiative / drive
  • English proficiency; any other language is an asset
  • Driving license
