Van Zanten has a long history, a good reputation and a strong name regionally. In 2021, we will exist 150 years. Since its inception in 1871, management has been in the hands of the family, currently the fifth generation. To ensure our continuity, we have entered into a strategic partnership with JAJO.
Van Zanten is active in project development, construction and maintenance. We mainly work on residential and commercial construction projects. Our clients include housing associations, the government, businesses and private individuals. Our committed and skilled employees form the basis of our success.
Project development
Van Zanten Projectontwikkeling realizes various residential and commercial projects at various locations for its own account and risk. Here, the wishes of new residents, clients, investors and municipalities take center stage. We realize a very varied and marketable offer with high quality and value retention. Clients benefit from our experience and expertise and are assured of a high-quality and durable end result.
Construction
We are active in new construction of homes and utility projects as well as having broad experience in maintenance and renovation of homes and businesses. That is why we are often called in for high-quality restorations of historical buildings. We have a modern, well-equipped machine carpentry workshop, which enables us to produce special carpentry for our building projects in-house.
Renovate
Much of our maintenance work is aimed at bringing homes back up to current standards. This often involves renewing entire kitchens and bathrooms including the replacement of related installations. We modify existing galleries and sills and perform high-quality entrance improvements. This is often done in conjunction with insulating end walls, rearranging basement areas and refurbishing stairwells.
Learning company
Due to our years of experience and strong structure, we have been an approved apprenticeship company for many years. In cooperation with Bouwradius, we train at least four carpenters every year. Together with our seven apprentice masters, they are active on our apprentice construction sites.
