
Attention to integrity and its embedding is an ongoing process. Integrity is not only a matter of rules, but also of procedures and a corporate culture in which employees are willing to address each other and take their responsibility.
For JAJO, “people” are central. This applies to our employees as well as to our customers and business partners. We approach each other with an open mind and trust. Integrity, quality, sustainability and safety are important values in this respect.
Every employee of the Groep is accountable for his or her integrity. The management is at the forefront in promoting this. We do not stimulate integrity alone, but with each other. Managers create the right climate for this and thus form the foundation of our integrity policy.
In order to inform new employees and make them aware of integrity within the JAJO, they receive the code of conduct upon commencement of employment.
