A shortage of housing, materials and people, huge price increases as a result and an approaching recession. The real estate market is beset by a huge number of challenges all at once.
So if we want things to stay that way, we will have to change everything. In how we work, in what we do, with whom we do it and above all why we do it. So that our future and that of generations to come is livable, affordable and sustainable. The next 10 years will be crucial. We need knowledge, perseverance and creativity. And we need it now.
