JAJO is active in all phases of the real estate cycle. In addition to developing, building, maintaining and harvesting, we also focus on restoring buildings. For our Dutch subsidiaries, this is mainly about restoring and thus preserving history. For now and for generations to come. Our subsidiaries keep cultural heritage, works of art, stony objects and national monuments exactly as they were intended to be. That means we restore, repurpose, renovate, clean and maintain according to our client’s needs.
Together, we ensure that everyone can continue to enjoy buildings for as long as possible. We keep history alive. From cultural heritage to national monuments and works of art: our professionals know how to deal with them. We are known nationally and internationally for our craftsmanship, pride and precision. Previous projects we have worked on include: the Rijksmuseum, Slot Loevestein, Paleis het Loo, the Binnenhof and the Drakenfontijn in ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
Our craftsmen ensure a result that impresses. They are colleagues with knowledge, skill and passion for their craft. And that craftsmanship is done with materials such as metal and forgings, stone, wood, bronze, natural stone, stainless steel, and, for example, marble.
We inventory art collections for various municipalities, companies and individuals and plan short- and long-term maintenance. Our work also includes cleaning and consulting.
In short: our craftsmen take a very close look at the object they are dealing with. This enables them to preserve and conserve value and history: “We restore value and protect tomorrow’s history.”
